Dr. Reese enters her seventh year as a member of the Asbury Seminary faculty after working for three years at OEM Press, a publisher of books in occupational and environmental medicine. Her responsibilities at OEM ranged from customer service and editorial assistance to copyright/permissions and shipping management. Dr. Reese has taught courses at Gordon College, Biola University and the University of Sheffield, where she also did freelance editing and proofreading for Sheffield Academic Press. She is the author of Writing Jude: The Reader, the Text, and The Author in Constructs of Power (Brill, 2000), the volume on 2 Peter and Jude in the Two Horizons Commentary series (Eerdmans, 2003), and entries in the Encyclopedia of Women and World Religion (Macmillan, 1998) as well as the Dictionary for the Theological Interpretation of Scripture. Her articles and book reviews have appeared in periodicals, such as Filologia Neotestamentaria and the Journal for the Study of the New Testament. She has also contributed chapters to Holiness and Ecclesiology in the New Testament and Kompendium Feministische Bibelauslegung.
