Rooms are scheduled in four-hour time blocks. If you desire extra time, you may purchase additional hours at the rate of $75 per hour. Please note that your wedding coordinator will not be available during any additional hours and that hours cannot be reserved earlier than three months prior to your event. Events canceled or rescheduled within thirty days of the event will be billed for the full estimated price.

Use of the site includes decoration and clean-up time. When planning your event, consider how much time you will need to decorate the space, install rentals and receive deliveries, and to clean up after the event, etc. Due to liability insurance issues and state health regulations, no one may remove food from the event location (wedding cake excluded).
