Student Housing General Information
- Rental rates shown are approximate and are subject to an annual review and increase (preceded by a minimum 60-day notice given to then-current Seminary housing residents).
- For Seminary housing, applications are required with a deposit of $100. The deposit will be refunded if the Seminary is unable to assign housing for the term for which you applied or you decline the offer at the time of assignment.
- Housing applications can only be submitted after admission, and assignments are made by application date. However, new international students are given priority. If you decline an assignment, you can stay on the waiting list in the original order, although declining two offers will move your application to the bottom of the list.
- When you move in, your deposit becomes part of the damage and cleaning deposit which will be refunded to you when you move out if you leave the unit in satisfactory condition. For the family housing units, an additional $100 deposit is required at lease signing, prior to moving in.
- To reside in Seminary housing, you must be a full-time student, i.e., registered for nine or more hours of class in the fall and spring semesters (or “pursing a full course of study”).
- No business ventures requiring local-authority permits are allowed in or on Seminary property.
- Absolutely no animals/pets of any kind, weapons, firearms, or flammable materials are permitted in or on Seminary property.
