Join us for fun, high-energy workout classes in the fitness studio! Our instructors boast a combined total of 12 certifications and licenses and are here to provide a safe environment for participants to work at their own abilities and fitness levels. Bring a friend, and we hope to see you in class!

  Boxing

Our boxing classes are designed to teach basic skills and punches and include bag work, shadow boxing, and conditioning rotations. Boxing delivers a sweaty workout intended to shed calories, build a strong core, and maximize your strength and reflexes! Gloves and hand wraps supplied in class.

We are excited to be an officially licensed MOSSA facility! Group Power is a results driven workout that combines traditional strength-training exercises with high-repetition weightlifting and dynamic functional moves. Group Power launches a new periodized release every January, April, July, and October.

With high repetitions and a low weight factor, Sculpt & Sweat is designed to torch calories and tone the arms, core, and lower body. This 30 minute, total body class is especially created for those with a busy schedule and is aimed at improving coordination, strength, and cardio endurance.

Turbo Kick is a high-intensity interval kickboxing workout designed to burn major calories! Combined with strength training moves and dynamic music, this high energy workout is perfect for punching and kicking your way into shape!

Ultimate Abs is designed to target the obliques, waistline, abs, lower back, and gluteal muscles all while strengthening and stabilizing the entire core. Here’s to a healthy body, strong abs, and a great physical foundation! Participants work at their ability and fitness level.

Based upon Psalm 139:14, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made,” our yoga class is centered around a balanced wholistic lifestyle. Yoga: Fearfully and Wonderfully Made is a gentle movement class focused on functional balance and self-care. Our 60 minute sessions are designed to relax and refresh your mind and body.

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Ditch the workout and join the party!  ZUMBA® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  All fitness levels welcome. **Thursday evening classes are open to women-only.**
