We work as a team of professionals who can be reached via email at registrar@asburyseminary.edu , or by calling us toll-free at 1-800-2-ASBURY (1-800-227-2879). We are located on the Wilmore campus, on the first floor of the Administration Building.
Our office hours are:
- September through May we are open Mondays through Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and closed for Chapel on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to Noon.
- For the summer months, June to August, we are open Mondays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Fridays 9 a.m. to Noon.

The ATS Registrar’s Office supports the teaching, service, and research mission of the Seminary. The office is part of the Enrollment Management Team and has numerous staff members to assist students, faculty and campus staff. As custodian of student records, the office provides high quality service and leadership to the ATS community through excellence in staff, technology, communications and workplace environment. Forging the path between student data and technology, the ATS Registrar’s Office delivers innovative solutions and quality services.
The Registrar’s Office has operational authority and responsibility for services in the areas of academic publications and scheduling, academic record services, enrollment and degree services, and student information systems. Services include issuance of transcripts and diplomas, verification of enrollment, release of public information, registration, collection of grades and production of official campus publications including the General Catalog and Schedule of Classes. The Registrar’s Office operates as the official record keeper of the Seminary.
