Fitness University

Fitness University is designed to empower your holistic lifestyle as we journey together towards a healthy mind, body, and soul! Fitness University is centered around 5 interactive Lunch & Learns, taught by our team of certified trainers and nutritionists. Topics include Eating Out Healthy 101, Decoding Food Labels, and Exercise as Worship. The first 20 applicants also receive 5 complimentary personal training sessions, a food log, and grocery list compiled by our team.                                                                                                                                                                                  


FIT Moms

Resumes September 2017 

We value connecting moms together, empowering you to have fun on your journey as a fit mom, and creating space just for you! Resuming in the fall semester, we will continue offering our $1 workout classes designed especially with pre-natal and post-natal moms in mind. Childcare provided. Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30am in the Fitness Studio.


Max Challenge

The Max Challenge returns by popular demand! Test your personal bests, and enter into a little friendly competition. Entries include squat, deadlift, bench press, vertical jump, chin-ups, sit-ups, pushups, and 35m sprint. May 2017 Max Challenge Leaderboard is listed below.

Elite

Monday and Wednesday, September 11th – October 11th, 6:00-7:00am (pre-registration required)

Elite is a Crossfit-esque functional workout that will challenge anyone.  We rise bright and early and put the work in before the day begins.  With a balance of cardio, weights, agility, and core, Elite is the perfect workout for those looking to push themselves to the next level.
