Successful events start with early planning, and Guest Services stands ready to assist you with your event. In addition, Asbury Seminary Dining Services will insure superb catering, tastefully presented in superior facilities and their service-oriented staff also will assist you in planning and executing an excellent event.
Please contact Guest Services at (859) 858-2155 for room availability (meeting rooms and hotel rooms), equipment, catering services and other details. Our catering department can provide served banquets, buffets, appetizer parties, receptions and breaks. They can customize the menu to meet your needs. Guest Services will serve as your liaison with Dining Services throughout your planning; all catering questions and concerns should be directed to the Office of Guest Services.
