Fitness University is designed to empower your holistic lifestyle as we journey together towards a healthy mind, body, and soul! Fitness University is centered around 5 interactive Lunch & Learns, taught by our team of certified trainers and nutritionists. Topics include Eating Out Healthy 101, Decoding Food Labels, and Exercise as Worship. The first 20 applicants also receive 5 complimentary personal training sessions, a food log, and grocery list compiled by our team.
