Dr. Lalsangkima (“Kima”) Pachuau joins the faculty of Asbury Theological Seminary as an associate professor of history and theology of mission. Dr. Pachuau received a Ph.D. and Th.M. from Princeton Theological Seminary and obtained his B.A. from North-Eastern Hill University. Dr. Pachuau has written two books, Ethnic Identity and Christianity and Ecumenical Missiology, and is the editor of Mission Studies: Journal of the International Association for Mission Studies. An ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church of India, Dr. Pachuau was a member of the faculty of the United Theological College in Bangalore, India. He is married to Kimi and has two sons, Timothy and John.
