A Reunion in Every Sense of the Word

Published Date: January 2, 2018
We hope that by now you’ve heard of the New Room Conference. Actually, by now we hope that you’ve experienced the New Room Conference and what it means to encounter the palpable presence of God over the course of three days of preaching, teaching, worshiping, and communing.

Sometimes it’s difficult for us to properly articulate what New Room Conference is all about, but after a lot of conversations and dedicated prayer, we’ve discovered an incredibly simple, yet incredibly profound way to describe it. “At New Room Conference we gather.”

At New Room Conference we gather as people of God to meet with God and experience the fullness of his goodness.

At New Room Conference we gather as bandmates to invite the Holy Spirit to continue to permeate our relationships and draw us into even richer growth through accountability.

At New Room Conference we gather as both “official” and “unofficial” leaders in ministry to strengthen and encourage one another in our common work of sowing for a great awakening.

At New Room Conference we gather alumni of seminaries all across the country—and Asbury Seminary in particular—to reflect on the bonds forged in the fire of education (and exhaustion).

It’s a reunion in every sense of the word. But don’t take our word for it, here’s how some of our friends have expressed it:

September 19-21, 2018, we’ll gather again in Franklin, Tennessee. We pray that you feel the draw to join us. And because cost shouldn’t be a factor when it comes to celebrating our common bond as Asbury Seminary alumni, we’ve created a special $99 ticket just for you—just use the code ATSALUM when you register at newroomconference.com before March 1

Oh, and one more thing. If you’re in one of these areas, you’ll also want to check out our one-day New Room Gatherings. Same spirit of mission, but focused on equipping you to implement banded discipleship in your local church.
