FULL-TIME PASTOR AT DELAWARE KOREAN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH (HOCKESSIN, DE)
Delaware Korean United Methodist Church (Loveville Ministry) is seeking a full-time pastor to shepherd a congregation of married and single adults, young adults and college students. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a passionate personal relationship with Jesus, experience in leading people, dynamic teaching / preaching skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability of develop other leaders, and create vision for sustaining and advancing ministries.
We are an independent ministry desiring to grow in Christ as faithful servants. We value intimate relationship with God through weekly Sunday gatherings, small groups and prayer. We seek a pastor who is strong in discipleship training, to help the congregation members to grow Christ-like and share the gospel.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of Loveville Ministry, including leading Sunday worship service and bible study
- Implement discipleship training
- Teach / train leaders
- Outreach / missions / campus fellowship
- Working with Loveville members to coordinate events such as revivals and retreats
Requirements:
- Having a high view of Scripture, a heart of love and compassion for people and a desire for discipleship
- Candidate should have obtained M. Div. degree. Preference is for an ordained candidate

- Must be fluent in English and have pastoral experience

CHILDREN’S MINISTER AT SOUTHSIDE CHURCH OF CHRIST (LEXINGTON, KY)
Position: Full-Time Children’s Minister
Location: Southside Church of Christ, Lexington, Kentucky
Position Overview: The Children’s Minister will oversee and lead the children’s ministry at Southside Church of Christ. The position will focus on nurturing children’s spiritual growth, building strong relationships with families, and recruiting and supporting volunteers. The role requires a relationally-focused individual committed to teaching children about Jesus and creating an engaging and supportive environment for both children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ministry Leadership:
- Oversee a biblically-based teaching program.
- Lead and participate in worship, teaching, and special events designed for children.
- Ensure that all ministry activities are conducted with a high standard of excellence and safety.
- Collaborate with the children’s ministry committee, staff, church leadership, and other ministry leaders.
- Volunteer Management:
- Recruit, train, and support a broad base of volunteers to assist in various aspects of the children’s ministry to support ministry activities and prevent burnout.
- Delegate tasks effectively and empower volunteers.
- Family and Church Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, coming alongside them as they teach and train their children to follow Jesus.
- Engage with the entire congregation to promote and support the children’s ministry.
- Administrative Duties:
- Organize and oversee children’s ministry events and activities, including Sunday morning Bible class, Kids’ Own Worship, and Wednesday night class. Ensure they are well-planned and executed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and families about upcoming events, volunteer needs, and any behavioral issues. ○ Provide direct budgetary input and manage resources wisely.
- Personal and Spiritual Growth:
- Maintain a strong personal relationship with God, committing to regular Bible study, prayer, and other spiritual disciplines.
- Seek personal and professional development opportunities, such as conferences and retreats, to stay spiritually and professionally refreshed.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Training in Education, Bible, Children’s Ministry, or a related field; no specific degree required.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in children’s ministry or a similar role, with a track record of effective teaching and volunteer management.
- Experience in implementing curricula and engaging with children across various age groups.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Skills:
- Biblical knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children, parents, and volunteers.
- Ability to teach children and create an engaging learning environment.

DIRECTOR OF YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT DISCIPLESHIP AT ALDERSGATE CHURCH (YORK, PA)
Aldersgate Church in York, PA, an independent church in the Wesleyan tradition, is seeking a qualified and called person to be our full-time Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship. The Director will develop discipling relationships and programs for youth in grades 7-12, college students, and post-college young adults, living out the church’s vision to help people know, live, and share Jesus. We are looking for someone with some education and experience in ministries with young people, an orthodox Christian faith, the ability to disciple young people one-on-one, in small groups, and large group settings, and a desire to work as part of a great staff and lay leadership team. The position is 40 hours per week, and the compensation range is between $40-50k depending on education and experience. Health benefits are provided at 90% for the employee, and pension, paid time off, and other benefits are part of the compensation package. LEAD AND TEACHING PASTOR AT ASBURY METHODIST CHURCH (FRANKLIN, TN)
Summary of the position
The Teaching Pastor of Asbury Methodist Church will serve as the lead pastor and primary preaching pastor, planning worship services and events, providing pastoral care for the congregation and partnering with the Discipleship Pastor in the areas of discipleship and outreach.

Education Requirements
Prefer applicant to have a Master of Divinity degree or higher degree of theological training from a Wesleyan Seminary.
Primary Duties/Essential Functions
- Preaching, Worship and Teaching
- Assume primary responsibility for preaching the Word on Sundays and as other seasonal/special worship opportunities require. Coordinate an 90/10 pulpit supply with the Discipleship Pastor.
- Coordinate with Discipleship Pastor, worship leader and ministry teams to plan biblical themes for worship.
- Proclaim and provide biblically based sermons.
- Ensure pulpit is properly always supplied.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of worship.
- Utilize best elements of contemporary and traditional styles of worship into a blended service.
- Administer the sacraments.
- Seek ways to engage the congregation in a lifestyle of worship.
- Teach/lead classes that deepen the congregation’s knowledge of and relationship with God.
- Mentor/disciple other teachers and leaders to develop their gifts in teaching/preaching the Word.
- Lead the teaching team to consistently present the Gospel and Scriptures for transformation.
- Pastoral Care
- Provide spiritual care and counsel to people who are struggling in various life situations. Coordinate with Discipleship Pastor to make visits to hospital, nursing homes, and homes of shut-ins as needed/requested.
- Provide support for the grieving, including the leading of funeral services as requested. Provide marriage preparation and wedding services as requested.
- Leadership & Partnership
- Wesleyan core distinctives, doctrine of sanctification, focus on means of grace. Uphold doctrines and spiritual authority of the Scriptures.
- Facilitate growth in prayer and the spiritual disciplines.
- Assist in leading New-Member classes in partnership with ministry staff. Partner with ministry staff and volunteers to develop strategies for long-term discipleship. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Administration
- Meet Regularly with the Discipleship Paster and Staff.
- Participate in Church Council and appropriate committees as needed. This may include presenting a report of ministry highlights as requested.
- Participate in staff annual evaluations.
- Be accountable for spiritual growth and health of the congregation.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be in a work from home environment. The employee needs to occasionally move about inside the facilities rented by AMC. Employee must occasionally lift items weighing up to twenty pounds.
Stipulations/Reference
- Passing a background check and online training process is required.
- Ordination in the Global Methodist Church (or intention/willingness to obtain such a credential).
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of pastoral experience in dynamic preaching.

PART-TIME KIDS DIRECTOR AT CHURCH ON THE DRIVE (ORLANDO, FL)
Join a growing church and dynamic ministry team at Church on the Drive as our next Kids Director! We are looking for a committed person who engages well with people and thrives when organizing teams to lead our Kids on the Drive ministry. TECH DIRECTOR AT ELEMENT CHURCH (CHEYENNE, WY)

The Tech Director is responsible for all areas of audio, video, lighting (AVL), and production functions of Element Church. The ideal candidate will possess extensive training and/or education in audio/video production.
