How to apply
Asbury Seminary is proud to provide housing for many of its students on the Wilmore, Kentucky campus. All students taking a minimum of 9 credit hours, or pursuing a full course of study, in the Spring and Fall semesters are eligible to live in on-campus housing full-time. The Seminary is able to offer housing for both families and single students.
Housing is provided on a first-come, first-served basis; however, international students arriving from outside of North America are given priority placement on respective housing wait-lists. To receive placement on the wait-list, students must first complete the appropriate housing application, which can be found under the single or family tabs to the left, and send in a $100 housing deposit online (directly through your student portal) or you can send a check to the address below:

Housing applications are available to both current and newly admitted students at the links to the left of this webpage. Please note that there are different applications for different types of housing.
For Family Housing, the Seminary requires the full amount equal to one month’s rent for the housing deposit. Only $100 of that amount is due in order to be placed on the Family Housing Wait List. The remaining amount of the housing deposit, along with the pro-rated rent (this amount will vary based on the move-in date), is due at the family’s lease signing appointment.
For Single-Student Housing, the Seminary requires the full amount of the $100 housing deposit to be paid in order to be placed on the Single-Student Housing Wait-List. After move-in, the rest of the housing charges will be placed on the student’s account.
For Pet Housing, The Seminary requires the full amount equal to one month’s rent for the housing deposit, along with a $300 non-refundable pet deposit. Only $100 of that amount is due in order to be placed on the Pet Housing Wait List. The remaining amount of the housing deposit, along with the pro-rated rent, (this amount will vary based on the move-in date) is due at the family’s lease signing appointment. Pet Housing is open to single students and families. Please note that our policy only allows one pet per home.
Housing deposits are refundable upon move-out if a 30 day written notice has been provided and the room or unit is in its initial condition. Any damages or costs for lost keys will come out of the deposit. If a student accepts the housing offer, and before moving in decides to decline, that student will lose their deposit.
Students moving into Seminary housing must sign and abide by the corresponding rental agreement. Absolutely no animals/pets of any kind (beyond Pet Housing), weapons, firearms, or flammable materials are permitted in or on Seminary property and violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction.
