The HUB: The Connection Continues

Eight months ago we launched The HUB for the Asbury Theological Seminary Alumni. One of our goals was to connect Alumni across time and space with one another. Another goal we have had is to incorporate current students into The HUB. This will allow current students to upload their resume for alumni to view and for alumni to post jobs for current students to view and apply. Since word began to spread last fall on campus that we would be launching The HUB for Alumni we have received an overwhelming response from students wishing to have the career and mentoring advantages offered on the website.
Current students who have completed 20 hours of coursework at Asbury Theological Seminary will be able to opt-in to The HUB: Student Edition. Students will have access to the Ministry Network to upload their resumes, the Career Center to search for jobs as well as be able to register for Asbury events and make gifts to the Seminary. After students have graduated, the registrars office will notify the Alumni office and transition new alumni into the full version of The HUB.
We are delighted for this latest development for The HUB and the possibilities before us. As students prepare for graduation and the beginning of new chapters in their lives, our prayer is to help them find career placements before they walk across the stage and accept their diplomas. We, also, pray for their connections with Asbury and their fellow alumni to be built for lifelong relationships.
