Led his sixth annual medical mission overseas. The latest one was Ibarra, Ecuador, from Feb. 8-19, 2013, The team of twenty-two members was made up of three medical doctors, seven Registered nurses, one pharmacist, one mid-wife, one nurse anesthetist, a student nurse, a speech therapist, a clinical chaplain, a counselor and the rest are general helpers. We treated 1,086 patients, filled 1,886 prescriptions with medicine and vitamins we took to the country and provided daily disease prevention classes to all patients and their families on nutrition, lower back pain and exercise, personal hygiene, water treatment, breast and prostate cancer prevention, prenatal issues and religion and health.  Paul provided ninety-six pastoral counseling referred by health care providers and presented four seminars on pastoral care and counseling for local pastors and lay leaders.

In April 20, this year he was elected as president of the Grace Foundation, an organization that award scholarships to Asian students who are pursuing graduate degrees in ministry and theology in any accredited graduate schools and seminaries in the world. We awarded 32 students this years. These students are from Lao, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, China, Taiwan. Myanmar and Burma, Korea and Japan. Several of them are pursuing Ph.D, D.Min, MA and D.Miss.  Several of them are studying now in the US.
