ATS Welcomes New Director of Employee Services
Asbury Theological Seminary is pleased to announce the hiring of Ms. Kahrah Williams as its new Director of Employee Services (HR) effective March 24, 2025. Kahrah joins the Seminary after working in human resources for two Kentucky businesses.
“Kahrah joins Asbury Seminary with a track record of, and commitment to, impacting both the human resources (employee services) culture as well as the entire organizational culture,” said Bryan Blankenship, CFO. “Kahrah comes to the position with a heart deeply seeking more of God and an excitement to bring her gifts and talents to bear in a theological education setting that is serving the broader church.”
Kahrah has a degree from Kentucky State University and is an active member and regular volunteer with her church in Frankfort.
The Seminary also expresses its immense gratitude to Barbara Antrobus for her 34 years of service to our community. As she steps down from the Interim Director role on March 23, Barbara has graciously agreed to stay for an appropriate onboarding period with Kahrah. Barbara will continue for a period of time to help with both the training and the general recruitment and benefits needs of the office.
“Barbara served diligently and faithfully in the director’s role for 14 years,” said Blankenship. “We are deeply grateful that Barbara has agreed to help Asbury Seminary and Kahrah through this transitional period. We wish her the absolute best when she fully steps into retirement in the near future.”
