What is the criteria to enroll in course of study to become deacon or elder? Do you have a fast track virtual training for those interested in a lay leadership certificate?

I am looking to finish my Course of study for the GMC. I am currently an Ordained Deacon in the North Carolina conference. I still need 2 elective classes to fulfill the requirements for the deacon track. I am hoping to finish the Elder Track by the Fall of 2027.
Any information would be greatly appreciated, as I am looking to get started as soon as possible.
