Dr. Okesson Visits the CCX Multiply Conference in England

“I had the joy of attending two of the Gregory Centre’s Multiply 2023 Church Planting Conferences this past June. I attended gatherings in Leeds and London, UK. During this week, over 400 people gathered together to worship, hear from leaders in church planting and church multiplication, and discuss together how to plant and re-mission churches throughout England (as well as further afield). The collaborative nature of the meetings were especially insightful as practitioners, theologians, and church leaders wrestled together with issues such as: church planting in the Post-Christian West, Entrepreneurial approaches, holistic church planting, as well as how to mobilize lay leaders in church planting.

Participants were encouraged, refreshed, and stimulated by the robust nature of the discussions. Asbury Seminary was a proud sponsor of these conferences, in collaboration with the Gregory Centre, and under the leadership of Bishop Ric Thorpe.”

  1. Rev. Prof. Bauta Motty says:

Hi, Church Planting Team. Thank God for enabling you to do what is going there and throughout the world, you help to re-mission the church to her ministry of church planting.

My question is, can you partner with us here in Nigeria in the area of church planting? I live in a place where the development of Jos city is moving, but we do not seem to pay attention to that. Can you collaborate with us in planting some churches? I have a government-approved NGO named, VOICE FOR HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL.
Our impediment here is money to acquire land.
