FULL-TIME DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS AT ST. PAUL’S UMC (OCEAN SPRINGS, MS)
The Director of Business Operations will serve as the “general manager” to St. Paul’s business administration operations. They will provide effective leadership in assisting the Senior Pastor to shepherd the staff and laity towards excellence in all aspects of church administration by: supervising church financial operations, providing collaborative leadership towards greater staff synergy/effectiveness through human resource management, and protecting both church facilities and physical assets for continued Kingdom work. The person hired for this position will serve as a vital leader to the St. Paul staff/laity, will participate in weekly staff discipleship/formation, and will be an active apostle of Jesus Christ anchored in the life of a worshipping community.

FULL-TIME ASSOCIATE PASTOR AT VENTURE CHURCH (GLENDALE, AZ)
Venture Church is seeking a full-time associate pastor with the potential to become the senior pastor within a few years. There will be opportunities to preach on a regular basis as well as serve at every level of the church. You’ll be leading Bible Studies, working with youth and young adults, doing hospital visitation, outreach ministry and leadership development. You must be a hard-worker and a team player with a servant heart. A college and seminary degree are preferred. Venture Church is a family church with about 200 in attendance. We meet in a strip mall with two Sunday services and an online service. We have an active Wednesday night ministry for all ages. We are Wesleyan-Arminian, politically conservative, multigenerational with contemporary worship. Must be willing to speak Biblically to the issues confronting the church today. The Maynard Counseling Center (MCC) is seeking an administrative assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and clinicians. The Administrative Assistant will work up to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, assisting in the administrative duties of a growing counseling practice. This position requires both working from home and office-based tasks. The successful candidate will be able to create their own schedule as long as all tasks are completed in a very timely and orderly fashion.
