Ways to Volunteer
We love having the whole Asbury community involved in Kingdom Conference. A simple way everyone can be involved is through the our annual Global Potluck!
The year, the Global Potluck will take place on Thursday, October 9 at 6 PM in the Dining Hall on Wilmore’s campus. We will come together to feast, pray, and bring the week to a meaningful close as we share stories, food, and fellowship.
Please plan to bring a dish, and sign up here. Below are a few guidelines for preparation so everything goes smoothly. We are excited to share a delicious meal and great company!
Preparation Information:
- Serving Size — Each dish should be large enough to serve 15-20 people. Consider options like casseroles, salads, desserts or main courses that can be easily portions.
- Dietary Considerations — If your dish contains common allergens like nuts, gluten or dairy, please label it clearly to inform guests with dietary restrictions.
Drop-off Information:
- Location and Time: Please drop off your dish in the Dining Hall between 5:15-6PM. This gives us plenty of time to prepare.
- Containers — Make sure you bring your dish in a container you don’t mind leaving behind, as we may not be able to return all dishes after the event.
- Utensils and Serving — If your dish requires serving utensils, please include those as well. We will have limited serving utensils available.
