Asbury Theological Seminary has served clergy and laity in the Hispanic community who have specifically sought a theological education offered in Spanish. Since its doors opened, the Orlando Extension Site worked to develop a relationship with fourteen different Hispanic subcultures in the community, including Puerto Ricans, Cubans, Dominicans and Panamanians.  In 2001, Asbury Seminary began to offer the Latino/a Studies Program at the Orlando site. Now, Asbury Seminary offers a Bilingual Delivered Master of Arts in Ministry and a Certificate in Hispanic Ministry Formation.
