Asbury Seminary congratulates Susan Hees on her recent promotion to the position of Student Assessment, Research and Analysis Specialist in the Enrollment Management Department.  Susan previously served for over four years as the Associate Registrar, where she used her skills to improve student data reporting.  The transition to her new position became effective on August 1, 2021.

In her new role, Susan will be part of the EMT leadership team and will work closely with the Registrar and Associate Vice President in producing reports and assessments related to Enrollment Management, assist with enrollment reporting, both internal and external, start-and end-of-term reporting, and perform comprehensive data analysis.  Additionally, she will conduct studies for enrollment forecasting, instructional activity, credit hours, retention, and other studies, which help develop a better understanding of students and trends.  Susan will also collaborate on institution-wide assessments of student learning, as well as assist in fulfilling requests for academic reports by the Provost, Deans, Faculty and School Administrative Assistants.

Susan brings over 20 years of experience to this position from the corporate world, most recently as Head of HR Compliance with BP in Houston, TX.  She arrived at Asbury Seminary in 2015 with her husband, Jason, who came to the Seminary to pursue his Master of Arts in Theological Studies degree.   Susan and Jason have one son, Jacob (16).
