Register Your Child

Asbury Seminary’s childcare offering allows you and your child to participate in a formative journey. We seek to provide the best care for your child. In order to do that, we require updated documentation on every child who will be participating in childcare at the start of the academic year. We have created an online Child Information Sheet. Paper registration forms will also be available on location.

We want to hear from you throughout your time at the Seminary. If there are any changes to your child’s information during the school year, please submit the changes to community.formation@asburyseminary.edu.

Drop off begins 15 minutes before and pick up ends 15 minutes after the event’s official end time. Childcare is offered for numerous Community Formation events and is housed in the Community House–these reservations are clearly noted on the calendar, and a notice is posted on the outside of the door when childcare is in session.

Due to state law, when childcare is taking place in the Community House, no other events can be scheduled and only vetted childcare workers are allowed to enter the building.  For the safety of our children, please respect these reservations and postings.
