Registration Procedures
If you are an admitted or current student, please consult with your academic advisor if you need assistance with registration or contact the Registrar’s Office at registrar@asburyseminary.edu. The links below provide a few details about course registration, but are only accessible for admitted or active students. Auditing Classes
Auditing is defined as studying without credit. We register several types of audits at Asbury Seminary, from a current student audit, to a non-student audit, to an Asbury Seminary graduate audit. All forms of audit require professor approval prior to registration. Most on-campus courses are available for audit; courses not available for audit include ExL Courses and private instruction courses.
If you are interested in auditing a class, complete the appropriate audit form available from the Registrar’s Office (all forms can be found on Asbury Connect here or by contacting the Registrar’s Office directly.) and obtain the professor’s signature on the form. Once complete, submit the signed form to the Registrar’s Office for registration.
