Auditing is defined as studying without credit. We register several types of audits at Asbury Seminary, from a current student audit, to a non-student audit, to an Asbury Seminary graduate audit. All forms of audit require professor approval prior to registration. Most on-campus courses are available for audit; courses not available for audit include ExL Courses and private instruction courses.
If you are interested in auditing a class, complete the appropriate audit form available from the Registrar’s Office (all forms can be found on Asbury Connect here) and obtain the professor’s signature on the form. Once complete, submit the signed form to the Registrar’s Office for registration. Audits are registered only during the time period between the first day of the term and the close of the add/drop period for the term, as posted on the Academic Calendar.
