Transfer Credit Information
If you have submitted your application to Asbury Theological Seminary, or are a current student that has recently completed graduate credit at another institution, you may be eligible for transfer credit. Graduate-level courses completed within the past seven years having earned a C letter grade or above may be considered for Master of Arts students, and graduate-level courses completed within the past 10 years having earned a C letter grade or above may be considered for Master of Divinity students.
Transfer credit is not automatically applied to your Asbury Seminary record upon or after enrollment. If you have applied to Asbury Theological Seminary and would like consideration of transfer credits, please send your completed Transfer Credit Preview Request Form to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your intention to apply for transfer credit review and an initial viability of transfer credit report will be sent to in 4-8 weeks, including any additional instructions and request for documentation necessary for completing the transfer credit review process.
