Transfer Credit Information
Graduate-level courses completed within the past ten years having earned a C letter grade or above may be considered for transfer credit into a Master of Arts or Master of Divinity program. Students who are interested in learning whether completed graduate credit at another institution is eligible for transfer credit, must fill out the Transfer Credit Evaluation Request form and email it back to the registrar’s office at registrar@asburyseminary.edu.
Transfer credit is not automatically applied to your Asbury Theological Seminary record upon or after enrollment. The Transfer Credit Evaluation Request form must be filled out and sent to registrar@asburyseminary.edu for consideration. When that form has been received, you will receive additional instructions on how to proceed.
For further information about the transfer policies and procedures at Asbury Theological Seminary, please see the Academic Section of the Academic Catalog under the heading Transfer Students.
Students who wish to transfer from Asbury Theological Seminary to another institution must be aware that the transfer credit is at the discretion of the accepting institution, and that it is the student’s responsibility to confirm whether or not credits will be accepted by another institution of the student’s choice.
