Our hope is to provide a safe and encouraging atmosphere for anyone, at any stage, to be able to start a healthy routine. From group classes and intramural sports, to a cardio room and two fully equipped workout rooms, you are sure to find a routine that works for you!

Spring Hours of Operation (January 2- May 31)

Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Friday: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

The Student Center will be closed in observance of the following holidays. 

MLK Jr. Day: Monday, January 15

Easter:  Friday, March 30 – Monday, April 2

Memorial Day:  Monday, May 28

Our facility is equipped with the following:

  • Weight room, equipped with both machine and free-weight equipment
  • Cardio room with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bicycles, Stair Masters, and a rower
  • Fitness studio
  • Regulation-sized basketball court
  • Volleyball, racquetball, and badminton equipment available for checkout 
  • Soccer goals for indoor soccer
  • Two racquetball courts
